I Have Been With Nā Leo For about 2 Weeks Now.
I love the friendly work environment here, everyone always helps one another no questions asked.
I am excited about the live sports coverage that we are planning to do in the future. I think it is awesome to have a free network that streams local sports games/events.
I Play Ukulele and Bass guitar in my spare time, I am also an Assistant Coach For Waiakea High Schools track and field throwing team.
I love a whole bunch of different foods, but currently my favorite type of food is middle eastern food. Iʻll take Falafel with a side of Baba Ganoush any day of the week!
I've always wanted to learn to play the Mandolin because it is one of the main instruments played in country music which happens to be my favorite genre of music.
I am proud to have been a part of the live sports coverage team. I have never really done anything like that before and I was really nervous when I first started to do it but now I am very confident in my abilities.
Most people donʻt know about my editing literacy, whenever i talk to someone outside of the field about my job they are usually surprised to hear i can do all these things.
The Most Interesting Project I have personally worked on during my time here (in my opinion), was the Fentanyl summit. It's the most interesting to me because I had heard about Fentanyl but I didn't really understand it. During this project I quickly learned all about it and how it affects our local community.
