Nā Leo TV is proud to support Hawaiʻi Island youth pursuing careers in the creative industries through the Ho‘olono Scholarship. Ho‘o means “to make,” and lono refers to “a report or the sharing of news” — together reflecting the act of bringing stories to life.

This scholarship embodies our commitment to nurturing island youth who are passionate about creating and sharing stories that matter, and who seek to make a positive impact in their communities. It provides meaningful support to students pursuing broadcast, journalism, digital and creative media, or related fields.

The Ho‘olono Scholarship is awarded twice annually to Hawaiʻi Island high school graduates and college students.
