President & CEO

Without a doubt, it’s our incredible team and inspiring mission that make every day at Nā Leo exciting and worthwhile.
I’m thrilled about the pivotal role we play in building the emerging creative, media, and tech industries. Plus there’s something super special about documenting our island’s history and community stories, all while empowering residents to actively participate in this content creation journey.
I love crafting and cooking. It’s beautiful to create something from scratch, and sharing that with someone is my gesture of love and aloha.
Quality time with loved ones, adventuring in the great outdoors, followed by whipping up a scrumptious meal together. Ending with cozy cuddles and a movie marathon - that is my perfect weekend!
It’s all about balance and discipline. A nourishing diet, ample rest, and regular exercise keep me firing on all cylinders. I break down all of my projects into manageable chunks, set achievable goals, and revel in the small wins along the way. Seeing ideas come to life is extremely satisfying and motivating!
I’m a total foodie, eager to explore new flavors and culinary experiences. We do this at home and through a supper club. If I had to pick a go-to meal, it would be my partner’s perfectly cooked medium rare steak topped with garlic-rosemary butter, accompanied by purple sweet potato, avocado, asparagus, and a refreshing Olipop soda – it’s bliss on a plate!
As President & CEO, the beauty lies in the boundless potential of what we can achieve as an organization. I’m humbled to be able to set the vision, rally our incredible team and community behind it, and assemble what we need to make it happen.
I’m proud of fostering a culture of innovation, empowerment, and frontier-thinking. Bringing the vision to life and uplifting others to realize their potential is rewarding. It’s all about pushing boundaries and embracing endless possibilities that lie ahead.
I’m an early bird and usually up by 4:30AM. I owe this habit to my dad, who always used to say, “The early bird gets all the worms!” I kickstart my day with coffee, set intentions and goals, and get some things done to set a tone of productivity as well as “Carpe Diem,” or seize the day, a mantra I fell in love with after watching Dead Poets Society in the 10th grade English that has always stuck with me and I wholeheartedly embrace.
