Easy as 1-2-3 instructions on how to upload your playback/PSA request form and video file.

All video uploads to NLTV will require a playback request form.

Step 1

Proceed by filling out the online playback request form, Once done, Depending on your internet browser, click on the white arrow at the top right-hand corner of the screen Choose the option "with your changes".  If you don't see a white arrow, you may see an icon that represents a computer disk, click on it to proceed in saving. Tip: Be sure to give your form a name ex: ProgramTheArtOfKungFu-William Smith (Your Name) click "save".

Saving Tip:

Make sure that you save your playback form into your documents folder so it can be easily located when proceeding to the next step.

Note: In order to submit your videos electronically, you will need to accept the cookie policy posted by our vendor Hightail and its third-party partners by click on the "Accept All" web button.

If you should disagree to Hightail's Cookie policy, not to worry your videos will still be accepted in person by visiting one of our locations in Hilo or Kona.

Step Two

a. Locate your video and submission form.

b. Drag and drop your completed playback request form and video file into the webpage.

c. Fill out your name email address and message.

d. Click upload and wait for a response web page.

Thats it! You did it and you are all done! 🙂
