Hilo High and Waiakea Graduations 2018

Hilo High School’s 2018 Commencement ceremony is held in recognition of all current graduates. This ceremony includes graduate and faculty processionals, an address by a guest speaker, a charge to the graduates, and other special presentations.

It is unfortunate that not everyone can physically attend this momentous lifetime achievement. However, with the vision of uniting the Viking community near and far, the HHS Graduation Committee is helping make it possible to share its ceremony with all who wish to see it. 

The 110th Commencement ceremony will be broadcast live beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018, on Spectrum Channel 53, online at naleo.tv/channel-53/, or streaming via our mobile app available in Google Play and iTunes marketplaces: http://marketplace-redirect.doapps.com/3609

The ceremony will be rebroadcast on these dates:
Saturday, May 19, at 10:00 am
Wednesday, May 23, at 2:00 pm
Sunday, May 27, at 12:00 pm

The program will later be available on our Video on Demand.

Nā Leo TV will broadcast live Waiakea High School’s 39th Commencement on Saturday, May 19, 2018, allowing the extended Warrior ohana and friends to watch the ceremonies at the Edith Kanakaole Multipurpose Stadium from anywhere around the world, with thanks to the Department of Liquor Control, County of Hawaiʻi. 

The 39th Commencement ceremony will be broadcast live beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018, on Spectrum Channel 53, online at naleo.tv/channel-53/, or streaming live via our mobile app available in Google Play and iTunes marketplaces: http://marketplace-redirect.doapps.com/3609

The ceremony will be rebroadcast on Channel 53 via the above platforms on these dates:
Sunday, May 20, at 10:00am
Thursday, May 24, at 1:00pm
Monday, May 28, at 12:00pm

We salute the graduates from all the different schools on Hawaiʻi Island, and we look forward to seeing them follow in the footsteps of thousands of graduates who have made a difference in the community, our island, the state, and the world!
